This role assists with welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components, helping ensure safe, efficient production We offer multiple opening across 1st and 2nd shift, with steady, full-time work in a team-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly experience who want to grow into a skilled trades career. What You'll Do Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation) Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Support material handling and positioning (training provided) Conduct visual weld checks and report defects Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements Work with team members to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For 0-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or Ability to read blueprints. Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic. Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift . Preferred Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) or trade school training. Experience with cranes or rigging (training provided). Basic knowledge of weld symbols or fabrication processes. Why Wedlake?
