Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Assemblers will start with a bare painted mainframe and assemble the trailers and parts to create a complete project. Must be able to read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required material, and time frame for each project. Trailers and parts are produced according to our blueprints and drawings. Assemblers must show experience and/or competency in assembling equipment. It is essential to be comfortable around heavy equipment, hydraulics, truck brakes, and 12 volt electrical systems. Assemblers set up, operate machines, and maintain a clean work area. Understanding and implementing personal and company safety measures by wearing proper PPE as well as demonstrate effective communication skills which are essential to work with team members. Must also be comfortable operating an overhead crane as well as driving forklifts.QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) to communicate with English speaking coworkers and customers High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ years of age for operation of power tools and equipment Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to operate, or be trained to safely and efficiently operate a forklift Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Demonstrated history of safe job performance, positive attitude, teamwork and above average attendance record.
