Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Truss Builders / Construction Laborers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will help build roof trusses and structural components used in residential and commercial construction. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in construction, framing, carpentry, or manufacturing, as well as motivated entry-level candidates looking to start a career in the building trades. Key Responsibilities Assemble roof trusses and structural wood components according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work orders Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate builds Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications Experience in construction, framing, carpentry, manufacturing, or general labor preferred Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Job Requirements Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver's License required Must pass background check and drug screening Benefits Include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation & Sick Time Paid Holidays 401(k) with Employer Match Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Production Bonus Program Additional Details Temp-to-hire position with strong advancement opportunities Fast-paced, production/manufacturing environment Repetitive work requiring accuracy and efficiency Hiring Timeline 5-7 days Pay & Benefits Starting at $17/hour + Production Bonuses Opportunity to earn $20+/hour with performance incentives #
