• Position Summary
• This role is responsible for assembling and producing high‑quality medical devices within a structured manufacturing cell environment. You will perform a variety of assembly, repair, and testing tasks on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), medical leads, and related components. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards are essential.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform routine assembly, testing, and repair tasks following established and standardized procedures + Complete assigned work under close supervision, with ongoing review to ensure quality and accuracy + Maintain accurate and up-to-date job documentation for all manufacturing cell operations + Communicate clearly and professionally with manufacturing leadership regarding ideas, issues, and solutions (both written and verbal) + Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with internal teams and external visitors or tours + Follow all safety policies and correctly use required safety equipment + Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to support productivity, quality, and profitability goals + Maintain accurate records to ensure full product traceability and resolution of any quality concerns + Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors and Managers to set and monitor individual goals and cell performance metrics + Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements •Qualifications & Skills•+ Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions + Comfortable using computers, software applications, and electronic data collection systems + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance + Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to handle and assemble small components + Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision + High school diploma or equivalent preferred If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
