Assembler Job Description Join our team as an assembler, where you will engage in repetitive work station or line assembly operations to assemble knife components into a completed product. You will perform assembly functions using hand or power tools, and by the end of training, you'll be proficient across all stations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment, while adhering to prescribed safety regulations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities Perform repetitive work station or line assembly operations to assemble knife components. Utilize hand or power tools for assembly functions. Learn and master all assembly stations by the end of training. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow prescribed safety regulations. Perform other assigned duties. Essential Skills Manual dexterity Good attitude and communication skills Attention to detail Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanical skills Assembler experience Manufacturing and assembly line experience Ability to pass knife assembly test Ability to stand the entire shift Ability to work with small parts Ability to remember and perform multiple steps Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
