Full Job Description Our client is seeking experienced Assembly Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin. These roles involve assembling low-volume, high-complexity precision components using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble precision-machined parts using screws, bolts, rivets, and other hardware Install threaded inserts and perform small-parts assembly Work with epoxies, adhesives, and sealants Perform cleaning, deburring, sanding, lapping, and electrical crimping Read blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions Use calipers, gauge pins, and other basic measuring equipment Record production time using MES software

Qualifications:

Previous precision assembly or machine shop experience Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Aerospace, cleanroom, Heli Coil, and adhesive experience are a plus
