Our rapidly growing client in Tualatin is hiring 20 Assemblers to help build industry-leading HVAC air handling systems and portable clean rooms used in hospitals, schools, data centers, laboratories, and other critical facilities worldwide. This is a three-month evaluation-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term career potential, outstanding benefits upon conversion, and a company culture that values quality, innovation, and teamwork. What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building high-quality industrial air solutions from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

Assemble air handling units and related components using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Use impact drivers, power drills, and other assembly tools throughout the shift Drill into steel and assist with structural assembly tasks Clean and prep materials using alcohol and approved cleaning methods Apply sealants with a caulking gun to help prevent water leakage Safely work from a 4-foot step ladder when needed Operate a scissor lift for installations in elevated work areas Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production goals What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, safety-minded team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building quality products.
