This position involves assembling small components by hand in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned environment. The work is largely performed while seated, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results. What You'll Do Assemble small parts and components according to established instructions and procedures Use your hands and basic tools to complete repetitive assembly tasks Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Visually inspect components and finished assemblies for quality Identify minor issues and perform basic troubleshooting when needed Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet reasonable production and quality expectations What We're Looking For Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail Ability to work carefully and consistently on small components Ability to follow written and visual instructions Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but training will be provided Work Environment Clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned work area Work is primarily performed while seated Indoor environment with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency Hands-on work with small components Why Join Us?
