Assembly Technician Job Description:

Follow all safety procedures. Read and follow job orders and drawings. Verify materials and inspect parts for quality. Cut, drill, and prepare fiberglass components. Assemble products using inserts, bolts, and grips. Set up and operate production equipment. Perform product testing to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work with team members to meet production goals.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity, dependability, and work ethic. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
