Job Description

Duties /
Responsibilities :
Solder, wire and perform intricate component assemblies. Use simple tools, machines and test fixtures. Perform consistent task operations. Follow verbal and written instructions, assembly prints, along with visual aids. Execute operations associated with the assembly area. Uphold workmanship standards. Repair productions, assemble parts, etc. Complete required reports and paperwork. Fit parts to established tolerances. Mount and connect electronic components. Make final modifications as needed. Responsible for following the requirements of the Quality Management System. Assist in other departments as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Dexterity and hand, wrist, and arm movement needed. Prolonged sitting and standing are a factor. Detailed and consistent task execution. Ability to understand and comply with ESD standards and procedures. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other co-workers. Differentiate colors and be able to see and identify small electronic components. May be required to use magnifiers, eye loupes and microscopes.
