We offer the kind of hands-on environment where your work is visible and your contributions matter. We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician to join our production team in Bristol, PA. About the Role TESCO is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll build and inspect components and products using hand tools and assembly equipment, working from blueprints and written instructions to meet our quality and production standards. You'll be part of a hands-on team that values attention to detail, safety, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Solder wire to boards and assemblies Install circuit board batteries Secure circuit boards with meter assembly and stickers Verify and test circuit boards Assist with troubleshooting boards and electric meter issues Pack parts and components into corrugated boxes Scan barcodes Keep the work area clean, safe, and free of debris Report defects and quality concerns to supervisors and engineers Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in a manufacturing or production assembly environment preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings and written work instructions Ability to safely operate hand tools Basic soldering skills Basic MS Office knowledge Strong attention to detail Ability to handle fragile materials Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on the production floor. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Exposure to a manufacturing environment (noise, machinery, varying temperatures).
