This hands-on manufacturing position involves rigging assembly, fabrication, mechanical assembly, and industrial sewing . The company manufactures rigging and lifting products using synthetic materials, steel cable, and chain for heavy lifting and cargo securement applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble and fabricate rigging products using synthetic materials, steel cable, and chain Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools Measure, cut, inspect, and assemble products according to specifications Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Perform industrial sewing of synthetic webbing and related materials Assist with shipping and receiving, including packaging, labeling, and preparing orders Load and unload raw materials and finished products Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow company safety procedures and production requirements Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Industrial sewing experience strongly preferred, but not required Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to learn new equipment and production processes Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise
