2:30 PM - 1:00

AM Overtime Requirements:

Mandatory Friday overtime. One mandatory Saturday per month. What You'll Do Assemble lamps, wires, and wire harnesses while following established work instructions. Perform basic assembly, testing, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Operate equipment and use hand tools to complete a variety of manufacturing tasks. Cut, strip, splice, and prepare wires and cables for assembly. Perform tasks such as sonic and vibration welding, hand pinning, stud terminating, and molding plugs to wires. Rotate between different production assignments as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We're Looking For No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required - training is provided! Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate visual inspections. Ability to follow instructions and maintain product quality. Comfortable working with hand tools and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours per shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and handling wire and cable throughout the workday. Willingness to work mandatory overtime and rotate between assignments. Ready to get started?
