Assembler We are seeking Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Erie, PA . This is a 1st-shift opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and production instructions Perform basic assembly of electronic components and circuit boards as required Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow all company safety and production procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred Experience working with circuit boards, electronics, or electronic components is a plus Soldering experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with basic hand tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Compensation:

$15-$16/hour , based on experience and qualifications. Multiple openings available.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
