Overview Herkules is growing its presence in the United States, and we're expanding our team and WaldrichSiegen capabilities at our Ford City, PA location. As we support the continued growth of the U.S. energy and defense industries with world-class manufacturing expertise, we are looking for an Assembly Technician specializing in Milling Head Assembly to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be an integral part of assembling, rebuilding, inspecting, and testing complex milling head components to ensure our equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Build your future with Herkules. Responsibilities Assemble, rebuild, and prepare milling and angle heads, including gears, shafts, spindles, bearings, seals, couplings, and related com ponents. Read and work from technical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, tolerances, and assembly instructions to ensure precise assembly. Inspect, measure, and adjust components, including alignment, backlash, runout, clear ances, fits, and torque, while identifying wear, damage, or defects. Test completed milling heads, document results, and ensure proper operation while fol lowing all safety procedures. Your Profile Strong mechanical background and techni cal understanding, with technical training or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with mechanical assembly and repair, ideally in heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, machining, machine tools, or automotive repair. Ability to read technical drawings and work with precision measuring instruments, com bined with strong troubleshooting skills. Precise, dependable, and safety-conscious work style, with team spirit, initiative, flexibili ty, and willingness to learn and travel. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
