Core Duties Construct parts and sub-assemblies by strictly following provided blueprints and technical requirements. Perform thorough inspections to help ensure the final output consistently meets our high-quality standards. Operate various machinery and hand-held tools with a focus on safe and efficient practices. Work alongside colleagues to help optimize and streamline our assembly procedures. Keep your designated work area tidy and orderly at all times. Notify management immediately regarding any identified product flaws or operational concerns. Engage in professional development workshops to sharpen your technical abilities. Required Skills Possession of a GED or high school diploma. Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly setting is considered a plus. Capable of analyzing and understanding complex technical diagrams and schematics. Demonstrates a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to excellence in every task. Effective interpersonal communication and the ability to work well within a group. Fundamental mechanical understanding and the capacity to resolve technical issues. An open mindset toward learning new technologies and adjusting to evolving job requirements.
