Full Job Description Position:
Pallet/Crate Assembler Pay rate: $17.00/HR•$20.00/HR (pay is based on prior experience)
Shift Days:
Monday•Friday Shift hours: 7:00AM•3:30
PM Location:
Glenshaw, PA Pallet/Crate Assembler:

As a crucial part of the Glenshaw, PA manufacturing operation, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality pallets and crates that support our global distribution network. What You'll Do:
Build and assemble durable pallets, crates, and cardboard boxes with precision Prepare products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards Use basic carpentry skills and tools such as hammers, drills, nail guns, and tape measures Read and interpret measurements and instructions accurately Maintain safety and efficiency throughout your shift, standing for at least 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Required Skills:
Ability to perform basic carpentry and measurement tasks Experience with hand tools including hammer, drill, and nail gun Strong reading, writing, measuring, and math skills Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks consistently Nice to
Have Skills:
Prior experience in pallet or crate assembly Familiarity with shipping and packaging procedures Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing or carpentry experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
