Build Something That Matters — Join a Precision Assembly Team! Our client in Hatfield, PA is growing and looking for skilled Assemblers to join their 2nd shift team (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) .

Pay:

$19.80 - $22.00/hour If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a team that builds high-quality products, this is your chance to step into a clean, organized, and rewarding environment. What You'll Do You'll be responsible for assembling precision components and ensuring every product meets exact standards. Plan and organize assembly work using routing sheets and bills of material Assemble sub-components and complete meters using hand tools Perform final assembly steps after calibration (installing cans, fittings, labels) Vacuum seal and package finished products according to procedures Complete final assembly on electronic products (with training) Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the entire assembly process Support continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety protocols and work effectively in a team environment What You Bring Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and bills of material Experience with hand tools (assembly experience a plus) Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude Work Environment Clean Room Setting — organized, controlled, and professional Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and precision Why This Role Stands Out Competitive pay up to $22/hour Consistent weekday schedule — no weekends Hands-on work where your craftsmanship makes a difference Why Work with OneSource Staffing?
