Job Description

Since our inception in 2005, Loving Pets remains true to the original vision of offering pets and the people that love them high quality, healthy, and affordable pet treats, bowls and accessories. Loving Pets leads the pet industry by manufacturing and producing dog and cat treats made with the highest quality ingredients, designed with pet health in mind. We are dedicated to supporting our global, pet loving community by educating pet owners on the benefits of healthy ingredients, donating to pet shelters, rescues and pet related causes across the USA, supporting not for profit organizations like Pets for Vets, and creating jobs and additional quality control by manufacturing our own Made in the USA treats on site in New Jersey. We are expanding fast and looking to add to our growing team!
Hours:
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm (plus some Saturdays when available) Job Responsibilities Performs assembly line tasks in a meat facility such as loading and unloading trays onto a conveyor belt or cart. Helping to load carts into batch ovens. Visually inspecting products for defects and reporting to issues to production supervisor or quality control. Handling buggies of raw material. Adhere to Safe Quality Food standards, PPE, and Good manufacturing practices. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Performs other essential and non-essential duties as directed by supervision Qualifications High School diploma or GED Experience in a food production facility. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation Willing to cross train and be part of an effective team.
