Assembly Technician /
Team Assembler Position Details:
Full Time Flexibility with start/finish time; between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm Pay frequency - Bi-Weekly Starting hourly wage depending on experience, aptitude, and work ethic

Innovative Bowling Products is a specialty manufacturer of Bowling Pro Shop Equipment. Our facility includes a fully equipped machine shop with CNC and manual machinery, assembly stations, and a shipping area. We proudly serve customers worldwide with precision-engineered products.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and testing products or components to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively, contributing to a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components with precision • Work with hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks Read and interpret mechanical and electrical measuring devices Collaborate with supervisor to set daily priorities and workflow Ensure timely and high-quality assembly output Perform quality control checks throughout the assembly process Follow job safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with team members Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs Operate a forklift (training available if not certified) Contribute positively to team dynamics

Qualifications:
Experience in general mechanics or related field Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and adapt Reliable and dependable work ethic Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry items for extended periods

Manufacturing facility with active machinery and assembly operations
