We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team assembling wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical components in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and configurations. No manufacturing experience? That's okay! We are willing to train candidates who bring the things that matter most: a strong work ethic, good attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing As an Assembly Technician, you may: Build and assemble wiring harnesses and connector assemblies Attach wires, terminals, connectors, and related components Follow work instructions, diagrams, specifications, and color codes Work with many different wire colors, sizes, shapes, and configurations Perform detailed hand assembly Test completed assemblies for proper function and quality Inspect finished products for accuracy and workmanship Learn specialized assembly and testing processes Maintain a clean and organized work area Shifts Available 2nd Shift - Our Primary Hiring Need We are currently looking for multiple dependable candidates interested in 2nd shift opportunities. 1st Shift - Experienced Technicians Limited 1st-shift opportunities may be available for candidates who already have experience with wiring harnesses, electrical assembly, connector assembly, testing, or similar manufacturing work.
