    • + Weekly pay and immediate interview opportunities + Enjoy a 4-day work week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off + Work on innovative aerospace products used in critical industries worldwide + Learn from experienced technicians, engineers, and industry leaders + Strong culture focused on teamwork, professional growth, and open communication + Stable company recognized as a great place to work + Opportunities to develop advanced manufacturing and inspection skills •Job Responsibilities•+ Complete detailed sanding and polishing work using hand tools and equipment + Perform leak testing, inspections, and quality checks on high-value components + Handle small, precision parts with exceptional care and attention to detail + Follow all production, quality, and safety standards to ensure product excellence + Accurately document production activities and communicate process concerns •What We're Looking For•+ Experience in assembly, manufacturing, machining, or production environments preferred + Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small precision components + Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around manufacturing equipment + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work to tight specifications + Reliable work history that demonstrates dependability and commitment + Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment •Preferred Experience•+ Brazing, soldering, or metal fabrication skills + Quality inspection and testing experience + Manufacturing or aerospace production background + Sanding, polishing, or finishing experience + Experience working with precision components •Work Environment•+ Modern aerospace manufacturing facility producing advanced thermal management products + Hands-on environment utilizing saws, bending equipment, and finishing stations + Casual dress code including jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes + Team-focused culture that encourages learning and collaboration + Structured production environment with strong quality standards + Shift differential available for 2nd shift employees •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $16.
    00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
