Required Skills:

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and sketches Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, hydraulic presses, and other assembly equipment Attention to detail for inspections and quality assurance Capable of setting up and operating hydraulic and hand presses Strong work ethic and teamwork skills Ability to utilize computer systems for work order and inventory management Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with fluid power systems or manufacturing environments Operating overhead cranes Forklift operation (willingness to obtain certification required) Experience in washing, testing, and repairing filters is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience in the fluid power industry is a plus

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to obtain forklift certification Ability to perform disassembly of filters and maintain safety standards
