Job Title:
Assembler (Filter Products) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team on the third shift. The successful candidate will initially train on the first shift for several months before transitioning to the third shift. This role involves assembling filter products, inspecting materials for compliance with manufacturing specifications, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assemble all required products and inspect materials for compliance with manufacturing specifications using work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings, and instructions. Set up and operate hydraulic and hand presses. Use various hand-tools, power-tools such as pneumatic torque wrench, screwdriver, and electric drill, taps, and glues for assembling, wiring, cleaning, rustproofing, and handling filters and components. Inspect final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications. Perform other assembly support functions including but not limited to washing, testing, and rotating on different job tasks within the department. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly. Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and operating hydraulic and hand presses. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team. Experience in a cross-functional role with cross-training in various shop functions. Ability to support various functions such as assembly, sub-assembly, rotomold trimming and assembly, parts washing, and material handling. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is based in a clean industrial facility. The third shift operates from 11 pm to 7 am, with a $1.50 shift differential. Training will be provided on the first shift before transitioning to the third shift. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Leetsdale, PA.
