Bradford, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | 1st Shift | 4-Day Workweek
  • Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend | Hands-On Role At Allegheny Bradford Corporation , we specialize in manufacturing high-purity stainless steel equipment for biotech, pharmaceutical, and other critical industries.
We are looking for an Entry-Level Fabricator to join our production team and develop the skills needed to build high-quality stainless steel process equipment. About the Role This is an entry-level, hands-on position that is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, machinery, and their hands. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn . In this role, you will learn how to form, fit, and assemble stainless steel components used in the manufacturing of tanks, filter housings, heat exchangers and other process equipment. A key part of the position will be learning to safely and accurately operate a T-drill , which is used to create branch connections in stainless steel components. What You'll Do Learn and perform basic fabrication and assembly processes for stainless steel process equipment Operate a T-drill to create branch connections in stainless steel components Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine fabrication requirements Measure and lay out components using tape measures, digital levels, calipers, and fillet gauges Form, fit, and assemble stainless steel components according to specifications Learn and safely use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Operate forklifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment as trained Inspect work to ensure components meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards Work closely with experienced fabricators and production team members while developing fabrication skills Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in developing hands-on manufacturing skills Comfortable working with tools and equipment Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, welding, automotive, or other hands-on work is a plus Why Join ABC? 4-day workweek with a 3-day weekend Hands-on training and opportunities to develop fabrication skills Learn specialized equipment and processes, including T-drill operation Work with high-quality stainless-steel equipment used in critical industries Opportunity to build a career in skilled manufacturing Team-oriented work environment Competitive pay and benefits
