What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities) As an Assembler , you will play a crucial role in bringing our high-quality products to life.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assembly:
Position and align parts according to blueprints, drawings, or detailed work instructions.
Fastening:
Secure parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and other fasteners.
Precision Fitting:
Use hand files and scrapers to remove small amounts of excess metal, ensuring a perfect, close fit between parts.
Tool Operation:
Safely operate hand tools as well as portable electric and pneumatic power tools.
Material Handling:
Lift workpieces manually or use hoists to secure them into assembly fixtures.
Salvage & Disassembly:
Take apart non-operational units to salvage usable parts.
Shipping & QC Prep:
Prepare completed assemblies for shipping and maintain accurate record logs and quality control (QC) paperwork.
Safety & Organization:
Help maintain a pristine, safe work area in line with our 6S standards. What You Bring (Qualifications)
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions. Comfort operating hand, electric, and pneumatic tools. Ability to lift parts manually and safely operate hoist equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Why Join Us?
