We're growing and hiring Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblers for our expanding 2nd shift team! If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and building electronic products (or crafting, building Legos or doing diamond art), this is a great opportunity to get started—no experience required. What You'll Do Assemble printed circuit boards following instructions and diagrams Cut, form, and prepare electronic components Perform manual placement of through-hole components Assemble chassis and electromechanical components Use hand tools and small hardware to complete assemblies Follow quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement What We're Looking For Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, and small print Strong attention to detail and quality Comfort working with small parts and repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Requirements High School Diploma or GED No prior experience needed - we will train!
