Job Description

Production Assembler - Inteprod At Inteprod , we are a team. Our success is directly driven by the efforts, integrity, and commitment of every team member. Position Summary This position is responsible for performing a variety of electromechanical assembly tasks within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. The Production Assembler will work closely with team members to ensure products are built to specification, documented accurately, and delivered with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities Assemble electromechanical devices and equipment in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment Follow detailed work instructions and produce product within defined specifications Inspect work and reject or correct non-conforming product to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely, always following established work instructions Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and travelers; ensure accurate and complete documentation of all work performed Participate in reviewing work instructions and travelers and provide feedback for improvement Evaluate tooling effectiveness and suggest improvements when needed Identify and recommend process and product improvements to support continuous improvement initiatives Complete daily production logs and operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including: Cleaning and organizing workstations and storage areas Returning tools and materials to proper locations Daily housekeeping of gowning and production areas Weekly cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal Adhere to all Quality System Standards and regulatory requirements at all times Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production needs Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and inspection processes Understanding of electromechanical assembly practices Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Friendly, helpful attitude with a commitment to teamwork and quality Why Inteprod? Pay:
$23.82 - $25.00 per hour
