With a strong reputation in the regional market, the company is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a busy division supporting both residential and commercial projects. Job Description Manage a rolling production schedule for multiple crews and active projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and project resources. Review project scopes and identify operational risks before production. Manage change orders, pricing adjustments, and customer approvals. Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements. Serve as a primary customer contact for scheduling and project updates. Coordinate material procurement and equipment rentals. Support hiring efforts and staffing decisions. Resolve project issues related to scheduling, cost, customer concerns, and subcontractors. Conduct project closeout and post-project customer follow-up. Experience in paving, asphalt, concrete, heavy civil, or site development projects preferred. Strong background coordinating crews, schedules, and subcontractors.
