Harness Fabrication Technician YOH Services LLC 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Aug 28, 2026 Harness Fabrication Technician In this role, you will: Work as a R D Technician building self-driving technology - this includes vehicle build, sub-assembly, PCBA solder/rework, and harness build/assembly Candidates must possess excellent documentation practices Work closely with Hardware Engineering and associated teams Follow safety standards and meet internal deadlines Work with limited oversight Seek continuing education and development opportunities Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of direct experience in harness fabrication using 1:1 form boards and various tooling in R D and prototype spaces Strong electrical skills, ability to read wiring schematics and layouts, redline drawings, and communicate with EDS design engineers Strong background in electrical wiring, harness building, and surface-mount circuit board assembly Strong understanding of electrical tools and equipment; crimpers, dies, multimeter, presses, connectors, contacts, wire gauges/types, soldering, microscope, etc. Exceptional craftsmanship with the ability to pin out and quality test harnesses/circuit boards Experience with Jira, Confluence, PLM, CAD, and various other software tools Must possess excellent communication skills and self awareness Ability to problem-solve, diagnose, analyze and isolate problems rationally Proficiency with Windows and Google productivity Suite - specifically Sheets Able to work independently and in a team environment Approach work with a proactive, capable, and willingness attitude to solve problems and support peers Ability to multitask under pressure in an unstructured environment Desirable Qualifications IPC training and certification in the following:
IPC J-STD-001 IPC-A-600 IPC-A-610 IPC/WHMA-A-620 IPC-7711/7721
