POSITION SUMMARY
This position works from interrelated wiring schematics, assembly drawings and Bill of Materials to complete the wiring of a control panel.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
General responsibility of supervising the department, workload, scheduling and processes; Control panel assembly and wiring; Maintain personal inventory and condition of tools; Confirm pulled parts with Bill of Materials and report failed parts; Assist other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion; Functional testing of completed systems; Moto Control setup; Maintain appropriate quality control records and test forms.

Required:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Must have good reading skills and attention to detail; Mechanical background; Strong manual dexterity; Prior knowledge and use of hand tools; Individual must be an assertive, self-motivated person and require little supervision; Strong desire to learn and grow; Ability to lift 50-75 pounds; Ability to adapt to changing priorities; Ability to work independently and with others; Professional individual with excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills; Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Prior PLC instrumentation set-up experience; 1-2 years of relevant production experience, two-year technical degree or a combination of related experience and education.
