Job Description The primary duty of this role is the electrical assembly and soldering using small hand and/or power tools. You will be responsible for the final assembly of robots, as well as testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies of robots using hand and power tools. Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final assemblies. Assemble robots according to provided blueprints, drawings, or schematics. Essential Skills Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, specifically with electronics. Soldering experience necessary - even just some exposure helps! Experience in reading electrical schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, and air tools. The 40,000 square feet facility operates on a 1st shift Monday-Friday work schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
