Job Description
We're seeking a motivated Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you'll work hands-on assembling agricultural equipment and trailers. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with hydraulic systems and electrical wiring is preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Assemble agricultural equipment and trailers according to drawings and specifications Install hydraulic lines, pumps, valves, and fittings Assist with wiring and connecting electrical components Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
