Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components accurately following detailed work instructions and quality standards Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy benchmarks Identify, document, and report any product defects or inconsistencies to ensure continuous quality improvement Perform rework on products when necessary to meet specifications Maintain precise records of production data and traceability information Package finished products securely for shipment and distribution Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety, quality, and production protocols

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year overall work experience 3 to 6 months of assembly experience preferred Experience in medical device manufacturing or clean room environments is a plus Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. as needed Strong basic math and reading skills Excellent hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer skills are preferred Ready to jump-start your manufacturing career? Pay Details:
$16.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
