Required Education & Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment where compliance and documentation accuracy are critical.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems following established production standards.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at the employer's Smithfield, PA, or Lemont Furnace, PA facility. Preferred Skills
• At least 1 year of experience using specialized tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, routing tools, multimeters, and digital files.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, functional tests, and supplier-provided data.
• Ability to differentiate production requirements from in-service maintenance requirements.
• Experience supporting material, supplier, equipment, or process evaluations to meet conformance standards.
• Complete knowledge of standard shop processes, including FOD prevention, material handling, safety compliance, calibration requirements, and ESD procedures. Job Duties & Functions

• Receive general supervision for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new work assignments.
