B195 Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assembler to join a manufacturing facility in Washington, PA . This full-time position is ideal for a skilled assembler, fabrication worker, manufacturing technician, or mechanical assembler with hands-on experience using power tools, hand tools, saws, measuring equipment, and fabrication machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude , experience working with aluminum and metal fabrication , and the ability to accurately assemble and inspect components according to technical drawings and specifications. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional looking for a stable Monday-Friday, first-shift manufacturing job in Washington, Pennsylvania . Manufacturing Assembler Job Responsibilities Operate saws and cutting equipment to accurately cut aluminum, metal, and other materials according to production specifications Assemble fabricated components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Perform quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing and assembly process Use precision measuring tools , including micrometers and other measuring instruments, to verify dimensions and product accuracy Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Operate and assist with press brake machines and other metal fabrication equipment Perform basic equipment maintenance and assist with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment Identify quality issues, dimensional problems, and production defects Work closely with other manufacturing and fabrication team members to maintain production efficiency Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing shop environment Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, metalworking, or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude and mechanical knowledge Experience operating saws, fabrication machinery, and shop equipment Hands-on experience with aluminum fabrication or metal fabrication preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications Experience using micrometers, measuring tools, and precision inspection equipment Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality manufactured products Ability to identify problems and perform basic manufacturing troubleshooting Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a production team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling of materials Ability to safely operate and work around manufacturing and fabrication equipment Ability to lift and move materials as required for the position Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment Manufacturing Assembler Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Apply Today - Manufacturing Jobs in Washington, PA If you have experience in manufacturing assembly, metal fabrication, aluminum fabrication, mechanical assembly, machine operation, or industrial production , Express Employment Professionals wants to hear from you!
