$18-$20/hr

DOE Hours :

Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm. Potential OT on Friday, 5:30am-10:30am. May have 40-50 hour work weeks. Dress code : Jeans or work pants. T-shirt. No rips, holes, or tears. Nothing offensive. Steel toed shoes.

Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with blueprints Ability to select proper tooling and hold parts to within close tolerances. Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical maintenance. Familiarity using essential fabrication hand tools (angle grinders, squares, scales, calipers) Detail oriented Good problem-solving skills and attention to quality.

Leadership Qualities:

Being able to communicate with the team and Plant Manager Filter questions and issues within the team Working with the students in our Co-Op Program Checking on parts/jobs to make sure they are done with accuracy

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience is a plus. Work in cooperation with other fabricators and team members. Measurement, mathematical and conversion skills. Ability to work overtime when needed.
