Job Description In this role, you validate materials before assembly, follow detailed work instructions, and build products according to specifications and tolerances. You use drawings, schematics, hand tools, and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks in a structured manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform basic mechanical assembly tasks to build products according to established specifications and tolerances. Validate and verify materials and components prior to starting assembly to ensure accuracy and quality. Review and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and schematics throughout the assembly process. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly work. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic mechanical concepts. Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and schematics. Proficiency using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in mechanical assembly or related manufacturing roles. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Why Work Here? 5:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday (19.75/hr) 2ndShift:
3:00pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday (19.75+2.00) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Juneau, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
