Job Description
Production Finisher Help produce high-quality plastic components used in aerospace and medical products. Join a team-focused manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and attention to detail are valued. What You'll Do Operate molding machines to produce plastic parts Assemble, finish, and inspect components Use hand and light power tools to trim, sand, bond, and prepare parts Follow work instructions and basic drawings Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Complete production records Maintain a clean and safe work area What We're Looking For Manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic measuring and mechanical skills Experience with molding, aerospace, or medical products is a plus Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
