Job Description

Role Summary Our manufacturing department is looking for a meticulous and dependable Assembler Tester I. You will be tasked with the assembly and testing of various components, ensuring all output aligns with our established quality benchmarks and procedural guidelines. We are seeking a candidate who possesses mechanical aptitude, proficiency with standard shop tools, and the ability to thrive within a high-volume production setting. Primary Duties Execute the assembly of components by strictly adhering to provided manufacturing guides and material lists. Utilize our ERP platform to monitor production targets and daily work orders. Ensure a steady supply of necessary components is available to fulfill production schedules. Utilize standard pneumatic and manual hand tools to complete production tasks. Conduct routine post-assembly testing to verify that all products align with required tolerances and quality standards. Support team flexibility by rotating across various production stations as needed. Help maintain high quality standards by inspecting finished goods for accuracy and safety. Transport components throughout the facility by following established safety protocols and utilizing appropriate equipment. Contribute to team success by meeting daily output targets without sacrificing quality. Examine parts for visual flaws and escalate any quality concerns to your supervisor. Update the ERP system with accurate production data and completion status. Keep precise logs of daily production activities. Notify management immediately regarding any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or unsafe conditions. Ensure the workspace remains tidy, orderly, and hazard-free. Support a culture of safety by attending all meetings and strictly following established protocols. Complete additional tasks as requested by the team. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in mechanical assembly or general manufacturing is preferred; candidates with at least 3 months of relevant experience will be considered. Basic proficiency with computers and data entry tasks. A demonstrated ability to grasp and implement manufacturing procedures. Comfortable operating both manual and power-driven tools. A strong focus on detail to ensure superior product quality. Capacity to comprehend and execute both written and spoken directions. Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective team collaboration. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. Physical capability to remain standing for long shifts and perform consistent movement. Ability to handle, lift, and transport materials weighing up to 30 lbs. Mandatory use of all required personal protective equipment (PPE) is strictly enforced. This is a strictly on-site role that requires daily attendance at our facility. Physical Demands Requires consistent standing, physical movement, and repetitive motions. Requires the manual dexterity needed to operate various power and hand tools. Requires the physical strength to lift and relocate items up to 30 lbs. Requires the ability to operate safely in proximity to active manufacturing machinery.
