Fiberglass Laminator Job Summary:

A Fiberglass Laminator is responsible for building and repairing fiberglass products by applying layers of fiberglass materials and resin to molds or surfaces. This role ensures products are made to quality standards while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare molds and surfaces for fiberglass application Cut, position, and apply fiberglass materials to molds Mix and apply resin to bond fiberglass layers together Use rollers and tools to remove air bubbles and ensure smooth surfaces Trim and finish fiberglass parts as needed Follow safety procedures when working with chemicals and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic knowledge of fiberglass or manufacturing work is helpful Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with protective equipment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
