Assembler | Pawtucket, RI, USA | 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Join a leading manufacturing company as an Assembler ! In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot products using detailed instructions, blueprints, microscopes, and precision tools. You'll work with small components in a clean, quality-focused environment while supporting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products following blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards Operate production equipment and tools Work with small parts and microscopes for precision assembly Perform soldering, spot welding, and other assembly tasks as needed Maintain accurate production documentation Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements:

Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to work with small components and detailed assembly work Blueprint and work instruction reading skills Basic computer knowledge Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High School Diploma or GED Experience in cleanroom, medical device assembly, soldering, or spot welding is a plus Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
