Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and products according to detailed schematics and blueprints, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, use of measuring instruments, and adherence to safety protocols will be essential in delivering reliable, top-tier products. Duties Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to accurately follow assembly instructions Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances Perform fabrication tasks including welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication of parts as required by project specifications Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process utilizing shop math and measurement techniques to ensure compliance with specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) use policies and safety standards Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical blueprint reading and assembly techniques Familiarity with manufacturing processes including welding, soldering, machining, fabrication, and the use of power tools Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions accurately Experience with manual handling tasks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Knowledge of shop math principles necessary for measurements and calculations during assembly Comfortable working with specialized industrial tools such as pneumatic tools or welding equipment Understanding of safety protocols related to PPE use, manual handling, and fabrication tasks Join our team as a Production Assembler where your technical skills will drive the creation of high-quality products!
