Job Description

Company Overview Roylco develops and manufactures early childhood educational products (primarily arts and crafts) and distributes them worldwide. Job Summary We are currently looking to fill part-time and full-time positions in our Packaging department. The position would involve either packaging educational craft products and or running light machinery. No experience required. On the job training is provided. This position is suited for the person who appreciates working day shift and having weekends and holidays off.
Highlights of the job:
Day shift only. Monday - Thursday (Occasional Friday work). Small company work environment. Training provided. Profit Sharing program. $15 to $16 hour wage. Duties Assemble products accurately following detailed manufacturing and packaging procedures. Handle materials and finished goods using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts. Interpret production documents and work instructions to maintain quality standards. Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks as required while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Assist in inventory management by receiving, storing, and moving materials within warehouse operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging processes and safety. Skills High energy level. Must be a fast-paced person. Good attitude with the ability to receive instruction and correction. Eagerness to learn and make continuous improvements. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Concern about producing quality products. Basic math skills. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, other than breaks. Did we mention a high energy level? This role is integral to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality educational products while maintaining a safe working environment. Pay:
