Requirements High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience using hand tools, assembly equipment, and related industrial tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills Job Duties Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components
Assemble, test, and inspect products according to engineering drawings and test procedures
Work with electrical and mechanical equipment during assembly operations
Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass testing
Operate and maintain assembly and testing equipment
Move materials and components using carts, cranes, and manual handling methods
Assist with daily 5S and workplace organization activities
Support efforts to resolve quality and production concerns
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Lift, carry, and position materials and components as needed
Use hand tools and assembly equipment throughout the workday
Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive assembly tasks
Work safely around manufacturing equipment and overhead cranes
