division is currently seeking a Switch Assembler- 1st Shift. The rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do: The Switch Assembler is responsible for performing all assembly operations within the department after completing proper training. This role works closely with other team members and the Group Leader to maintain efficiency and must remain flexible in performing various job functions. The position involves building Switch Line products according to customer order specifications.

• Perform machine set-ups for various switch configurations and operate all departmental machines to ensure product quality
• Review specifications and required drawings for proper assembly and ensure compliance with quality procedures
• Follow standard work instructions and move and load materials needed to build switches
• Rotate between workstations and assist others as needed to meet department productivity goals
