Job Description

$17.00+ per hour | Full-Time | Urgently Hiring 120 Glassmaster Road, Lexington, SC 29072 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Position Overview:
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys mechanical work, understands how parts fit together, and is comfortable working with hand and power tools. You will be responsible for taking individual components and turning them into completed strength-training equipment that meets Sorinex quality standards. We are looking for someone who can work accurately, solve basic mechanical and fitment problems, and maintain a steady pace throughout the workday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather and inspect the parts, hardware, and components needed for each build Assemble large strength-training equipmen t and related products Use drills, impact drivers, wrenches, sockets, and other hand and power tools Follow drawings, diagrams, build instructions, and product specifications Position, align, fasten, and adjust components during assembly Check completed work for proper fit, function, appearance, and overall quality Troubleshoot assembly issues, incorrect fitment, or missing components Communicate part or quality issues to the appropriate team members Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized throughout the shift Follow established safety procedures and production processes Assist with other manufacturing or warehouse-related work when needed Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, mechanical work, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools Ability to understand basic blueprints, drawings, diagrams, or assembly instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Dependable attendance and ability to work the full Monday-Friday schedule Ability to work independently while also contributing to a production team Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
Physical Demands:
Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes , and other appropriate protective clothing
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
