Job Description Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Die Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on bench assembly position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with tools and machinery, and is willing to learn and grow within a skilled manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, pays attention to the details, and is willing to learn. Prior die assembly experience is helpful, but mechanical aptitude and the right attitude are just as important. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Role and Responsibilities The Die Assembler will work at the bench assembling and preparing dies and related components.
Responsibilities may include:
Assemble dies and components according to specifications and instructions. Operate drill presses and surface grinders. Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment. Read and use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions. Perform detailed work requiring accuracy and attention to detail. Follow established procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and requirements. Work effectively as part of a team. Handle multiple tasks and priorities as needed. Learn new equipment, processes, and techniques as training is provided.
Required Proficiency Needed:
Mechanically inclined — training will be provided. Experience or familiarity with drill presses. Experience or familiarity with surface grinders. Familiarity with basic hand tools. Basic knowledge of micrometers and calipers. Basic computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and reliable. Hard-working and motivated. Trustworthy and responsible. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Able to multitask and manage changing priorities. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to follow all safety procedures.
