Job Description
Put Your Precision and Attention to Detail to Work Are you patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small components? We are seeking an Assembler I to join our KM Lab team. In this role, you will perform precise, seated assembly work to produce mini, microcell, and various gauges used in load stand applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hand-eye coordination, good vision, and the ability to carefully follow detailed instructions. What You'll Do Assemble mini, microcell, and various gauges. Work with small, delicate components and precision tools. Follow written work instructions, diagrams, and established procedures. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards. Perform basic math and measurement tasks. Complete production paperwork accurately. Identify and report defects, damaged materials, or quality concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. What We're Looking For Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Good near vision and the ability to see fine details. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to complete paperwork clearly and correctly. Ability to closely follow step-by-step work instructions. Patience and focus when performing repetitive, precise tasks. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Previous small-parts assembly, electronics, laboratory, or precision manufacturing experience is helpful, but candidates with the right skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. Work Environment This position is primarily seated and performed at a workstation in the KM Lab. The work involves handling small components and completing detailed assembly tasks that require concentration, precision, and consistency.
