Job Description
Our client is seeking an
- Assembler
- to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
- Job Title: Assembler
- Location:
- Sumter, SC 29153.
- Payrate: $17/h.
- What's the Job?
- + Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
+ Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
+ Conduct quality inspections according to quality specifications.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
+ Use measurement tools and microscopes as needed.
+ Rotate between different production tasks and responsibilities.
+ Work in a team environment to meet production goals.
- What's Needed?
- + High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
+ Manufacturing experience will receive first consideration.
+ Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
+ Ability to use measurement tools and microscopes.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work flexible or extended hours when needed.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
+ Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
